Payment methods

All payments on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST, with shipping within Australia.

Online Payments
Our online shopping cart and payment gateway is taken care of entirely by Paypal, one of the largest and most trusted third-party payment processing companies in the world. Paypal is 100% owned by eBay. The features and benefits of using Paypal are as follows;

Order turnaround times

Up to three working days from the day ordered, so orders placed on Monday may be sent on Thursday. This is because not all our cables are pre-packaged. Orders that involve hand made cables, such as speaker cables, take a little longer.

However approximately 80% of orders leave within 24 hours of the order being placed and 90% within 48 hours.

Additionally we are always willing to assist so if you have an urgent requirement use our contact details to let us know.

Packaging

Cables are packaged in zip seal bags for protection. The collective order will then be packaged in a bubble wrap, as deemed appropriate to ensure safe transit to you. Individual product packaging is minimized in order to be environmentally friendly, and to reduce the cost to our customers.

Shipping - methods and costs

Orders are sent via registered post and charged at a flat rate of $10 to anywhere in Australia.

We can also send goods via express post if requested. Please be advised however that, whilst quite reliable, express post carries no insurance once the goods have been sent.

We can also offer Priority Express which is a combination of express post and registered post. This is available for packages up to 3kg and costs $15 to anywhere in Australia. Delivery time is the same as express post, being 1 day to most capital cities. Call us or click here to add priority express to your order:

Warranty

All cables and goods supplied by Cinema Link are covered by a 1 year parts and labour warranty. Under such warranty terms, Cinema Link reserves the right to elect to repair or replace the cable or goods as necessary.
If you have a problem with any goods which you have purchased from us, please email us at info@clink.com.au to let us know of the issue. If it is deemed a warranty item, you will be responsible for the cost of getting the cable back to us, but we will cover the cost of returning the cable to you upon repair or replacement. Keep in mind that our return rate is less than 0.5%, so warranty is just for piece of mind - it's unlikely that you'll ever need to claim!
Warranty exclusions extend to wear and tear, physical damage, misuse or any circumstance which can be deemed as not directly arising from the manufacturing or assembly process.

Refunds

If you require either a partial or full refund on an order for any reason, please email Cinema Link staff on info@clink.com.au to advise of your request. Such an application must be made within 30 days of the original order, and will subsequently be assessed for suitability. Paypal does offer a flexible refund facility for merchants such as Cinema Link. The procedure for processing a refund is based on your transaction details as stored on Paypal's secure server. At no stage do we ever access your credit card information. For your security, NEVER EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO US OR ANYONE ELSE!

Privacy

Your security and privacy is of paramount importance to us at all times. This is the primary reason why we chose to use Paypal for credit card processing, as the alternative is a third party processing gateway which you may never have heard of. Paypal is globally trusted - just ask it's 64 million members!! The biggest benefit to you is not only giving you access to the extensive Paypal network, but it means that your credit card info is kept on one of the most secure of servers, and is never revealed to us. Paypal just notifies us of your approved transaction and total, but not of the payment details.

Your delivery address and contact information is of course revealed to us (otherwise we won't know where to send the cables!), but is kept safe and secure and never given to anyone else for marketing or otherwise. These details will never be distributed for any purpose, and will be used in-house only for the processing of your transaction. On occasion we may contact you to notify you of special offers and news, but this will not be a regular occurrence. We find it annoying when others do it to us, so we won't do it to you!
